EnerMech has a long-established lifting and equipment division, providing a range of rigging lofts, wire rope and other lifting equipment on a rental or sale basis. Our ability to respond quickly and efficiently to our customers’ requirements is at the very heart of EnerMech’s business, serviced through our global presence.

Rigging Loft Management

Our business delivers a range of smart equipment management services through use of technology and technical expertise to help clients enhance safety, increase compliance and improve the management of cost. Our rigging loft management service is well proven through the delivery of a range of contracts to offshore operators, drilling contractors and marine clients.

We continue to invest in our equipment and infrastructure and have extensive supply agreements with industry recognized brands.

Wire Rope Sling Manufacture

EnerMech design and manufacture wire rope slings and associated products. Our  manufacturing facility in Great Yarmouth features a full suite of equipment including three hydraulic swaging presses, hydraulic test beds and automatic cutting and stamping machines, meaning we can offer in house sling manufacture from 8mm diameter up to and including 64mm diameter.

Our equipment comprises:

• 1 x 350t wire rope press
• 1 x 600t wire rope press
• 1 x 350t wire rope press
• 1 x Automatic cutting machine
• 1 x Manual cutting machine
• 1 x Automatic stamping machine
• 1 x 150t horizontal test bed

Wire Rope Supply and Management

The integrity of our wire rope products is of paramount importance to us. The products supplied are made using wire manufactured in accordance with BS EN 12385-3:2004+A1:2008 by manufacturers accredited to Det Norske Veritas, Lloyds Register, ABS and Bureau Veritas.

Our large stock of wire rope and end terminations consists of various constructions, grades and materials including single, two, three and four leg wire rope slings, four leg wire rope slings fitted with top legs and cut lengths either spooled or coiled.
