Project Management

EnerMech can offer a complete project management service for all of your valve needs, from the order stage through to product delivery. This can include pre-production meetings, expediting material and components, documentation review and approval, inspection and testing, packaging and shipment.

Our project management capability utilises our in-house designed EnerMech Live programme which provides the following features:

  • Procurement reporting – the procurement module allows review and approval of multiple vendor quotations for each valve package
  • Progress status – with 24/7 access to LIVE progress reporting, our customers will have open access to the project status
  • Project documentation – a central location for the storage of project related documentation, such as the project quality plan, vendor ITP, Project Execution Plan (PEP)
  • Inspection and surveillance scheduling – the surveillance and inspection activities will be managed by a traffic light system that enables us to schedule inspection and expediting activities linked to the criticality rating of the valve
  • Valve data management - a database to hold location, engineering and inspection information for each individual valve providing our customers with full traceability from manufacture through to installation

Industrial Valve Manufacture and Supply

Our valves division is experienced in the supply of a wide range of relief, isolation, control and general valves, to a broad range of industries worldwide.  We also have our own in-house manufactured, high-end trunnion mounted ball valve - the EnerMech LG Ball Valve –  which is designed and built to withstand the severest of applications.

At EnerMech we are dedicated to supporting all aspects of valve supply, maintenance and support, and provide a fully integrated service that complies with the complex demands of our customers.

Our procurement, specification, inspection, testing, quality control and expediting experience ensures that your valves arrive on-time, to specification and to budget, minimizing shut down and installation schedules without compromising on safety or quality.

Working a broad range of industries, both onshore and offshore, our dedicated and flexible approach, combined with true international footprint, ensures we can satisfy our customers' varying requirements.

We offer both manual and actuated valves whether electrical, hydraulic or pneumatically powered.  Valve types include choke, relief, ball, gate, plug, butterfly, diaphragm, spherical, cone, needle, globe and specialist valves.

Valve Procurement and Specification

Our expert valve procurement teams are specialists in the acquisition of a wide range of offshore and onshore valves including choke, relief, ball, gate, plug, butterfly, diaphragm, spherical, cone, needle, globe and specialist valves.

We have excellent links to all of the major valve manufacturers and we monitor delivery times and technical innovation enabling our customers to receive valves that meet their technical requirements on time and in a cost-effective manner.

Our technical specialists will work with clients to ensure the correct specification is being acquired that can meet both industry and internal customer specifications, such as API or CE.

We create “informed buyer” status within our customers’ procurement teams through training and our EnerMech LIVE system ensures full traceability of the valve including certification and maintenance requirements.
