Offering CAT IV, the MIT1025 is compact, light 10 kV insulation resistance tester for the diagnostic testing and maintenance of high voltage electrical equipment. Enclosed in a tough case it is both smaller and lighter than its predecessor making it even easier to carry and store.
As well as measuring insulation resistance to 20 TΩ, the MIT1025 also offers various diagnostic tests such as Polarisation index, Dielectric Absorption Ratio, Step Voltage, Dielectric discharge and ramp testing.
Now equipped with lithium ion fast rechargeable batteries, the instrument has a large, clear, easy to read, display making it equally suitable for use in both bright sunlight and poorly lit environments. Information displayed includes resistance, voltage, leakage current, capacitance, battery status and time constant. In addition, the elapsed time of the test is displayed constantly removing the need for separate timer.
Electrical tests on transformers, current transformers, voltage transformers, grounding systems, lines and cables, and circuit breakers can be performed with the CPC 100.
The patented test system replaces several individual testing devices and offers new, innovative testing methods.
The CPC 100 is the base for multiple accessories. These facilitate further applications, such as tan delta measurements, as well as line and ground impedance measurements.
RMO200G is a Micro Ohmmeter based on a state of the art technology, using the most advanced switch mode technique available today. RMO200G generates a true DC ripple-free current with automatically regulated test ramps. During a test the RMO200G ramps with increasing current before measuring and decreasing current after the measurement. This eliminates magnetic transients. After the test current has been set, the automatic test procedure is started by pressing the O-button.
The RMO200G instrument can store internally up to 500 measurements. All measurements are time and date stamped. Using the DV-Win software a test can be performed from a user’s PC, and the results can be obtained directly on the PC. Communication between the RMO200G and a PC is through an USB (as standard) or an RS232 cable (as an option). Using the DV-Win the result can be arranged as an Excel spreadsheet which can be later shown as a diagram and printed for a report.
The set is equipped with a thermal and an overcurrent protection. The RMO200G has a very high ability to cancel electrostatic and electromagnetic interference in HV electric fields. It is achieved by very efficient filtration. The filtration is made utilizing a proprietary hardware and software.

Megger DLRO600 measures resistances between 0.1 µohms and 1 µohms, at high currents.
This versatile instrument can provide test currents from 10 amps up to 600 amps subject to the load resistance and supply voltage. A large liquid crystal display provides all the information needed to perform a test; all test parameters and measurement results are displayed.
The unique design allows the weight and size of DLRO600 to be kept to a minimum; the instrument weighs less than 33 lbs (15kg). This small size makes DLRO600 equally at home in the workshop, on the production floor or in the field. The high current capability and compact design make DLRO600 suitable for testing circuit breaker contacts, switch contacts, busbar joints or other applications where high current is needed.

The CT Analyzer automatically determines all relevant current transformer values and compares the results with the selected standard. The device evaluates the current transformer as per the IEC or IEEE standard within seconds with the push of a button.
It facilitates fast and economical on-site testing and calibration of metering and protection current transformers. Manufacturers of current transformers, high voltage transformers and switchgear also use the CT Analyzer for tests during development and production.
The CT SB2 switch box is available as an accessory to the CT Analyzer for automated testing of current transformers with multiple taps, without the need for complex and time-consuming rewiring.
The following values can be determined using the CT Analyzer:
In combination with CIBANO 500, the CB MC2 contact module increases convenience and safety during testing. It also expands the scope of testing by adding the dynamic contact resistance test, which detects wear-related problems with main and arcing contacts.
The innovative and clearly structured connection concept means that all tests can be carried out without the need for rewiring. The circuit breaker can be grounded on both sides to prevent dangerous voltages on the equipment.
One or more CB MC2 contact modules are directly attached to the interrupter units. This keeps the high-current cables as short as possible minimizing the test set-up time. Interference is considerably reduced thanks to the digital connection to CIBANO 500.
The CIBANO 500 circuit breaker test system combines a micro-ohmmeter, timing analyzer, and a coil and motor supply in a single device. This enables all important circuit breaker tests to be carried out even when a station battery is not available.
With the 3-in-1 system all types of circuit breakers (medium- and high-voltage circuit breakers with live and dead tank design) can be tested. It features a globally unique connection technology which considerably reduces the wiring effort and time required. In addition, OMICRON's Primary Test Manager Software (PTM) ensures convenient operation and delivers one clear, combined report for all the tests performed.
The innovative accessories can be used to extend the scope of testing as well as increase convenience and safety during testing.
The following 5 standard tests can be carried out on all circuit breakers using CIBANO 500:
The 750ADM mk2 and 750ADM-H mk2are compact, rugged primary current injection systems with a 750A output capability. The 750ADM has a maximum no load output voltage of 3.5V and the 750ADM-H has a maximum voltage of 5V. The units are ideally suited to all low power primary injection tasks requiring up to 750A for short periods.
Where higher currents and powers are required for primary injection, 7kVA and 20kVA primary injection systems are available. The PCU1-SP and PCU2/E systems have separate control and loading units, allowing a wide range of load conditions to be covered with different loading units.
The750ADM and 750ADM-Hhave two outputs, allowing injection of currents as low as a few hundred milliamps and up to 750A. Voltages up to 16V are available on the 40A output, allowing higher impedance trips to be tested. Four true RMS metering ranges are provided, allowing the full scale of the meter and trip level to be set independently of the selected output. The metering has a capture time of less than 20ms, allowing the RMS of a single cycle to be accurately measured. Industry standard connectors are used on all inputs and outputs for convenience, reliability and safety.
The 750ADM and 750ADM-H are comprehensively protected by electronic overcurrent and thermal trips.
The timing system is very flexible without compromising ease of use, allowing trip times, reset times and reclose times to be quickly measured to a high degree of accuracy. Two contact inputs are provided, each of which may be trigged by a volt-free contact or a dc voltage. The contact inputs auto-sense for normally open or normally closed contacts.
The 750ADM can be used to test many devices including:
