  • Structural engineering and assessments – annual and four or five yearly crane structural surveys
  • Recertification
  • Written schemes of examination

Integrity Management: Small Bore Tubing (SBT)

Utilising integrity management principles, in line with the latest Energy Institute Guidelines, we can manage end to end SBT projects.  Our technicians are highly trained and approved by the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB).  Our own state-of-the-art training centre allows the team to work through competencies and ensure a high level of expertise in working at deck level and, crucially, at height using rope access.

We utilise our online SBT management system (EnerMech Live) which allows customers easy 24/7 access to a fully visible database of individual SBT components.  The level of information available exceeds Energy Institute Guidelines for the management of SBT assemblies.  It offers the flexibility to assist or manage clients’ own data requirements and we are committed to ensuring that data is available and transferable to your software applications.

Maintenance Management

We are a market leader in end to end maintenance, repair and overhaul of a wide range of equipment including mechanical handling equipment, control systems and hydraulic components.

Our broad experience in maintenance methods and techniques can help you to overcome a full spectrum of equipment and system challenges.  Our team will assess customer requirements, build an understanding of the project scope and present a concise proposal outlining deliverables and an appropriate cost structure.  We have an unrivalled reputation for service quality and response in:

  • Engineering assessments, scope and cost analysis
  • Maintenance strategy development
  • FMECA application

Multimeter

Fluke 179 True-rms Digital Multimeter with Temperature

True-rms digital multimeter designed with a built-in thermometer. Two tools in one.

The new Fluke 179 has features and functions needed to troubleshoot your equipment and plant.

  • True-rms ac voltage and current for accurate measurements on non-linear loads
  • Large digit display with analogue bar graph
  • Display backlight for work in dark areas
  • Temperature and capacitance
  • Records minimum and maximum values to aid in troubleshooting

Fluke 789 Process Meter

The Fluke 787 was the first tool to combine a DMM and a loop calibrator to give process technicians double the power in one tool. Now it’s even better, the range is extended with the Fluke 789 – the ultimate loop calibration multimeter. The Fluke 789 has a 24-Volt loop supply reducing the need for taking a separate power supply when doing offline transmitter testing. And with its built-in, selectable 250-Ohm Hart® resistor, it also eliminates the need to carry a separate resistor with you.

Features of the Fluke 789

  • 24 V Loop power supply
  • Very large dual display
  • Enhanced backlight with 2 brightness settings
  • 1200 ohm drive capability on mA source
  • HART mode setting with loop power and a built-in 250 ohm resistor
  • 0% and 100 % buttons to toggle between 4 and 20 mA sourcing for a quick span check
  • Externally accessible fuses for easy replacement
  • Infrared-port to process data in FlukeView Forms (V2.1) software

Fluke 1653B Multifunction Tester

The 1653B Installation Tester verifies the safety of electrical installations in domestic, commercial and industrial applications. It can ensure that fixed wiring is safe and correctly installed to meet the requirements of IEC 60364, HD 384 and all relevant local standards.

Faster

  • Two measurements at once and a dual display. PEFC/PSC and loop impedance are measured and displayed in parallel, saves you more than 50% of test time compared to other loop testers.
  • Additional new high current loop mode. Faster measurements compared to loop tests with non-trip mode for RCD’s.
  • Unique zero adapter for fast, always reliable and accurate test lead and mains cord compensation.
  • Fast voltage measurement between L-N, L-PE and N-PE using the mains cord. No need to change measurement connections.

Safer

  • Earth Volt Touchpad detects raised earth voltages >50 V, indicating potential dangerous situations.
  • Supplied with the Sure Grip™ test leads and clips which gives the user a comfortable, reliable grip

Easy

  • Rotary dial knob indicates clearly which function is selected, all functionalities on one spot and no complex multi-level menus.
  • Large display with backlight, clear symbols and exceptionally wide viewing angle for easy and safe readings.
  • PASS/FAIL indication for RCD test results.
  • Variable RCD current mode for customized settings.
