At EnerMech we can provide critical support during major projects and large modifications from valve procurement through to cataloguing, maintenance, testing, repair, certification and installation. Our strong project management ethos means we can manage the entire process minimising the time taken during the commissioning and shutdown phases and ensuring all critical valves are fully functioning before go live.
We strive to provide our clients with unique and tailored packages to fit their needs and provide specifically engineered solutions to ensure we are delivering the best possible results.
This total valve solution results in reduced costs, improved valve performance, more effective maintenance, minimised commissioning times and reduced downtime.
Our systems enable us to take full responsibility for the management of valve spares and parts, identifying critical items, procuring, cataloguing and storing them to deliver the minimum time to repair in the event of failure.
Our online valve management system provides our customers with direct web access allowing all information, including certifications and maintenance records, to be available 24/7.
We support a broad range of valves including choke, relief, isolation, control and general valves for both onshore and offshore use.
At EnerMech we take a holistic approach to servicing and repairing in-service valves. Our team of experts recognises that environmental and other external conditions can change over time and a one-for-one replacement or repair is not always the most cost effective or reliable solution.
We will compare current operating environments with the original basis of design and work with our clients to agree the best approach in order to create the right solution for each circumstance, whether it is a repair, a one-for-one change out or entirely new solution.
We will find the right solution for our clients’ and their needs, not for ourselves.
At EnerMech we have expertise in dealing with a broad range of valve types including choke, relief, ball, gate, plug, butterfly, diaphragm, spherical, cone, needle, globe and specialist valves.
At EnerMech we can deliver critical service and repair work on choke, relief, isolation, control and general valves either on-site or in our dedicated workshops located globally. Our services cover both manual and actuated valves whether electrical, hydraulic or pneumatically powered.
We provide a unique combination of highly skilled technicians, on-site machinery and state of the art test containers that provide on-site, emergency and scheduled repair, and maintenance services to international standards. Our ability to work at site can significantly reduce the cost and downtime of sending valves off-site for repair.
Should our clients’ preference be to send valves off-site we have physical infrastructure and workshops located in all major energy provinces.
Our services have been successfully deployed across a broad range of onshore industries including power generation, refining, petrochemical, LNG and industrial plants.
Our valves division is a focused service, dedicated to supporting all aspects of valve supply, maintenance and support that complies with the complex demands of the offshore energy industry. We provide critical services on both manual and actuated valves, whether electrical, hydraulic or pneumatically powered.
Utilizing our containerized workshops, our specialists deliver in-situ repair, maintenance and shutdown service packages whether for planned maintenance or reacting to urgent situations. Valve types include choke, relief, ball, gate, plug, butterfly, diaphragm, spherical, cone, needle, globe or specialist valves.
With experienced technicians located across the globe, we can service our customers’ internationally, operating continuously to international operating standards and delivering a superior response due to time efficiency, planning and utilizing our years of offshore and technical expertise.
At EnerMech we have a robust and proven approach to valve maintenance and will work with our clients to design a tailored maintenance strategy for in-service valves based on the criticality of each valve.
Our system ensures that valve maintenance is carried out in a structured and auditable manner ensuring valves are maintained, inspected and certified to meet our clients' operational cost and safety metrics as well as industry standards.
Maintenance strategy selection will be made based on detailed analysis using Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) tools.
Types of valves covered include choke, relief, ball, gate, plus, butterfly, diaphragm, spherical, cone, needle, global and specialist valves.
At EnerMech we have developed a clear and structured approach to Valve Integrity Management, which allows us to deliver either a fully integrated service or a bespoke scope offering, that encompasses proven best practice. This is supported by our online Valve Management program (EnerMech LIVE) which allows our customers to access to all data via the internet on a 24/7 basis.
We support all of our customers’ valve needs for both manual and actuated valves whether electrical, hydraulic or pneumatically powered across choke, relief, isolation, control and general valves.
Our services incorporate everything from commissioning support, onshore repair and recertification, offshore shutdown and maintenance support, maintenance strategy development, technical support, spares management and valve procurement. These can be provided as individual services or in any combination to provide a fully integrated solution to any critical valve need.
Our in-house designed and manufactured trunnion mounted ball valve is a high-end soft and metal seated ball valve rated to ANSI class 150 to 2500 and capable of supporting temperatures from -196oC to 225oC.
The valves are specifically designed to meet customer demand for increased reliability, product performance and structural integrity.
The designs are third party verified and rigorously tested including hydrostatic and gas body and seat testing, cycle torque testing and fire testing to ISO 10497.
With more than 25 years’ experience in valve manufacturing, our success is due to consistent focus on customer care and in providing innovative and reliable solutions to our customers’ valve problems.
