Welder Diesel Lincoln 305D The Vantage 305D is a diesel engine powered DC multi-process welding power source and AC power generator. The engine drives a generator that supplies three phase power for DC welding circuit and three phase and single phase power for the AC auxiliary outlets. The DC welding control system uses state of the art Chopper Technology (CT) for superior welding performance. The Vantage 500 is fitted with a selectable VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). The VRD operates in CC-Stick mode increasing operator safety when welding in environments with increased hazard of electric shock. These can be fitted with chalwyn Valve, spark arrestor and be skid mounted for offshore use.

Pug Burner The IMP is a portable power driven flame cutting machine. The unit can be used for vertical cuts, bevel cuts and plate edge preparation cuts. The maximum cutting edge thickness is 150mm.
Plasma Cutter The Hypertherm Plasma system can be used for cutting and gouging various materials, with a maximum cut up to 25mm.
The unit can be powered from an external source which makes it ideal for working on-site. This unit can be fitted with a maximum torch length of 75ft (which is available on request)
