Industrial Chemical Cleaning Services

At EnerMech we are the global providers of innovative and smart chemical cleaning services. Our team of experts will provide your company with cost effective, efficient and on time cleaning solutions throughout the world – anytime, anywhere.

Chemical Cleaning:

EnerMech have completed some of the world’s largest chemical cleans, including single citrosolv programmes as large as 5,000,000 Ltr.  Our fleet of equipment is one of the biggest, comprising of pumps, boilers, heat exchanges, hoses, and auxiliary components.

Each project is unique, and our team provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of even the most challenging projects. Both reactive and non-reactive chemistry is used in a wide range of application methods; fill and soak, circulation, rotating nozzles, foam, vapor phase, and on-line cleaning. Our experience and track record covers all industries, equipment, and life cycles.  From pre-commissioning, operational, and decommissioning.  Industries include; Pulp and Paper; Oil and Gas (onshore and offshore); Petrochemical; Power Stations (including conventional fossil fuel boilers, HRSG’s, nuclear, through to geothermal and solar technology); Food and Beverage; Pharmaceutical, and Biomedical.

In addition, we are the exclusive licensed supplier of Zymeflow Chemistry and Technology to Australia and New Zealand.

Catalyst Handling Dehydration Decontamination:

EnerMech have also developed and patented a vapor phase decontamination process for dehydration media. This removes all LELs, VOCs & H2S from the media and vessel prior to unloading, all whilst rendering the media completely deactivated.

The process is quicker and generates minimal effluent when compared to current market practices of hot nitrogen stripping or water flooding.  Reactors can be declared LEL free in as little as 12 hours, with permanent oxidisation of H2S and pyrophoric material. Not only does this provide immediate schedule, safety and cost benefits, once the media is removed there is greater flexibility for transport and disposal/recycling the benign spent (but clean) media.

Degassing:

We are experts when it comes to the removal of hazardous gases from operating vessels within the refining and petro-chemical industries. We utilise specialised chemicals and processes to remove contaminants such as; H2S, LEls, Benzene, Mercaptans, Ammonia, And Pyrophoric Iron. Our fully trained and capable employees have degassed FCC, Crude, HDS, Merox, Ethylene, Sulfur Recovery, Rose, Coker, Amine, SF and HF Alky Units. We have also worked with Hydrotreaters and Flare Systems.

Oil Flushing:

Solid particulate contamination is the largest cause of component failure in hydraulic and lube oil systems. With effective flushing, this contamination can be eliminated. EnerMech’s flushing technicians are trained not just on specific flushing equipment, but also in the philosophy of flushing. This comprehensive understanding, coupled with EnerMech’s Flowpulse technology allows for very effective flushing. Typical services include; hydraulic oil, lube oil, high volume water and demineralised flushing, as-well-as pressure testing.

High and Ultra-High Pressure Water Jetting

At EnerMech we can offer a fast, efficient, safe, effective and technologically advanced solution to water-jetting.

This service can lower your pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance or shutdown costs. This is done through descaling, cleaning of pipework from 1” to 144”, heat exchangers (shell side and tube side, plate, etc.), tanks and vessels, vacuum loading, paint or coating removal, and cold cutting. We also have the capability to carry out hydro demolition, surface cleaning and preparation, concrete demolition and remediation, non-destructive digging and underwater cutting.

In Australia, we have an exclusive license to a patented technology which allows multidirectional cleaning and online descaling while pipe is in operation. This can be used for both on and offshore applications. Click here for more information.
