The Vantage 305D is a diesel engine powered DC multi-process welding power source and AC power generator. The engine drives a generator that supplies three phase power for DC welding circuit and three phase and single phase power for the AC auxiliary outlets. The DC welding control system uses state of the art Chopper Technology (CT) for superior welding performance. The Vantage 500 is fitted with a selectable VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). The VRD operates in CC-Stick mode increasing operator safety when welding in environments with increased hazard of electric shock. These can be fitted with chalwyn Valve, spark arrestor and be skid mounted for offshore use.
