We offer both manual and actuated valves whether electrical, hydraulic or pneumatically powered.  Valve types include choke, relief, ball, gate, plug, butterfly, diaphragm, spherical, cone, needle, globe and specialist valves.

Accumulator Integrity Management

Our accumulator integrity management services range from full asset inspection to remedial work, providing specialist advice and assisting our clients in improving their existing maintenance programmes and ensuring compliance with pressure equipment regulations.

For many of our customers we provide a full asset inspection programme to suit requirements safety regulations. Inspections are carried out by risk based evaluation of systems, producing a database detailing every element of each individual accumulator in an efficient and timely way, P&IDs indicating locations and a survey report after each inspection detailing findings and recommendations.

When required, our specialist engineers carry out remedial works on-site
or offshore. This can range from accumulator replacement to safety component replacement, from pre-charging to full remedial campaigns.

Our workshops are fully equipped to conduct accumulator strip down and inspections, strength tests, replacement of components and service tests. In conjunction with our Engineering department
we are geared to be able to offer technical and affordable solutions to system issues whether it is with the accumulators or the associated hydraulic systems including design and manufacture of replacement skids.

Small Bore Tubing Integrity Management

EnerMech Live Online SBT management provides our clients with a fully visible database of each individual component that make up SBT assemblies throughout the asset. A full itinerary of components is grouped by the assets own process/instrument tagging system. All information gathered during our inspections can be downloaded by the client to an Excel spreadsheet or PDF format.

Reports detailing condition and recommendations can be viewed easily by links available on our EnerMech Live system.

The SBT database has been constructed with a view to providing our clients with information exceeding the requirements of the Energy Institute Guidelines for the management of SBT assemblies. The following allows our customers to access the information collated from a baseline inspection:

  • The data recorded on our EnerMech Live system enables the client to view each assembly associated by the asset's process/instrument or valve ID tag number
  • All defects/anomalies are physically tagged with a unique tag ID number/barcode ID to assist with locating the fault
  • All defects/anomalies are electronically marked up on the assets P&ID which can be viewed by EnerMech Live link
  • All defects/anomalies are photographed and are available to view by EnerMech Live link
  • Each defect/anomaly can be automatically categorised to a pre-determined risk ranked timeframe remedial schedule agreed by the client and generated during the input stage
  • Data quality can be assured during input stage as our user interface has been designed to reduce human error by use of drop down menus and limiting user input
  • All data is quality checked by our dedicated onshore support team to ensure an accurate description of assembly components is achieved
  • Flexibility to assist or manage customers’ own data requirements i.e. SAP/Maximo/Star references, work requests/orders, isolation points (local or shut down) etc.
  • The online SBT integrity management database can be accessed by the client as part of EnerMech Live’s online reporting suite 24/7. Login and password protected access can be set up and permissions to the various functions can be set up as required

EnerMech is committed to ensuring that SBT data is available and transferable to the client’s software applications where necessary. Our IT teams have experience in working with clients to understand their needs (i.e. Cataloguing, SAP, Maximo, ERP systems etc.) and to help to ensure that their SBT inventory is available in the appropriate format.

EnerMech has made every effort to ensure that this system is robust, scalable and adaptable to new technologies, innovations and specialist requirements.

Hose Integrity Management

EnerMech's experienced hose management services team are focused on delivering improved inspection quality for our clients' on and offshore assets and installations.

Our services range from a complete turn-key programme to simple gap-filling to complement a client's existing maintenance programme.

Over the years, EnerMech has built up considerable experience, expertise and competence, successfully delivering hose integrity management programmes. Working with customers and leading industry bodies, we are now leading the way for best practice. By optimising inspection and maintenance costs and providing industry compliant inspection, it is our aim to maximize useful life of hoses.

Field Inspections and our onsite manufacture and testing services also play a large part in our hose management services, from the generation of comprehensive asset hose register, the assessments of Fitness for Service, Comprehensive field reports including photographic library of findings, to our onsite manufacture and testing including hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings, adaptors and Q/D’s.

EnerMech's approach to hose integrity and data management allows our customer to have enhanced visibility of integrity data through the use of EnerMech Live, as well as offering superior criticality assessments leading to optimised inspection programmes.

EnerMech LIVE is a web based system which allows the sharing of information via a client specific portal. EnerMech LIVE has been developed by EnerMech using our in-house software, which enables us to customise the system to match client requirements exactly. EnerMech LIVE uses our online hose management function and a hose register which contains the most up-to-date information every hose.

Hydraulic System Design, Engineering and Manufacture

Our in-house design department works closely with our clients to find solutions to any problem no matter how complex.

The tailored nature of our engineering operations allows us to work to a detailed functional design specification or where required, to provide a detailed specification on behalf of the client.

Project planning is documented and tracked via standardised project planning software.  This enables our hydraulic services team to integrate seamlessly into a client’s overall schedule. Dedicated project management ensures schedules are maintained and provides a single point of contact for the customer.

At EnerMech we have extensive experience in specialist standards that apply to the a range of industries, including ATEX, Lloyds and DNV.  We can provide full design, liaison and certification services where a third-party input is required or integrate with a client’s existing third party arrangement.

Flushing and Chemical Cleaning Services

There are a number of pitfalls that can arise when carrying out chemical cleaning operations on systems pipework, from the selection of the appropriate chemicals, to the hazard levels and the amount of waste disposal.

At EnerMech we have developed a unique in-house process for the chemical cleaning of pipework systems. The process utilizes a suite of chemicals which are less hazardous and more environmentally friendly than traditional products. EnerMech’s specialist teams will assemble a cleaning "spread" including pumping units, temporary hoses and pipework, heating coils, exchangers, circulating tanks and analytical/control equipment.

One of the most difficult chemical cleaning applications is that of Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers (PCHE). Due to the design of these units, the channels within the unit are extremely small in diameter (2mm), making normal conventional cleaning almost impossible.

We have developed an extremely effective and efficient method of cleaning PCHE, which can be carried out either in our yard or sites out with our facilities. The method involves a combination of a chemical cleaning circulation, in conjunction with a series of gas puffing operations, which will ensure the optimum conditions inside the PCHE, and produce an effective and efficient cleaning programme.
