Ultra Pipe Alignment Clamp 1 - 12"
The UC three point precision alignment assures accurate fit-up of 1" through 12" pipe. The main body of this versatile alignment tool is double-walled steel plate. Its simple, lightweight design has quick action and is ideal for all field and shop fit-up use. The Ultra Clamp covers a wide range of pipe sizes that would normally take four separate tools.
Dearman Clamps
Pipe Alignment and Reforming Clamp
The Rim Clamps are available for various sizes of pipes or shells. The clamp will reform pipes or shells to schedule 80 with an out-of-round condition up to 2" (51mm). Exact positioning of the clamp on the pipe is not necessary, as the Jackscrews pivoting pads to handle uneven surfaces. Ideal for applications that require 100% weld and grind without releasing clamping pressure to prohibit cracking of partially completed welds. All surfaces of the Clamp that contact the pipe are made of stainless steel.
Ridgid 1224 Threader
The Ridgid 1224 threader is an electric motor driven machine suitable for pipe, conduit and rods. It rotates while threading, cutting and reaming operations are performed. The on/off and forward/reverse switch allows the machine to rotate in left/right hand directions. It is operated by a foot pedal switch allowing increased operator safety. Using various die heads this unit can be capable of up to 4" npt/bspt.
Ridgid 1233 Threader
The Ridgid 1233 threader is an electric motor driven machine suitable for pipe, conduit and rods. The head rotates while threading, cutting and reaming operations are performed. The on/off and forward/reverse switch allows the machine to rotate in left/right hand directions. It is operated by a foot pedal switch allowing increased operator safety. A 3" capability can be gained using 928 die head.
