EnerMech Live

EnerMech Live is our online data management system. This system has been developed by EnerMech using our in-house software to create a secure and auditable portal for the sharing of data with clients, accessible around the clock from any web browser.

EnerMech Live provides a reporting function that allows the data stored to be downloaded into Excel, PDF or client required format. The flexibility of EnerMech Live also allows us to transfer data to client’s software applications (i.e. Maximo, SAP or ERP systems) to ensure that the required information is available in the appropriate format.

The EnerMech Live team are continually developing new ways to provide intuitive, powerful services and adapting to new technologies such as ex-rated hand held tablets. All of our online tools are designed to be user friendly and require minimal training to operate.

Online Equipment Management (EnerMech OEM)

All rental equipment can be managed online, using our Online Equipment Management System, EnerMech Live, which provides our customers with 24-7 access to key information about equipment status, location, certification and all relevant documentation relating to that piece of equipment.

This online system works in sync with our Microsoft Navision software meaning your information is always up to date.

The EnerMech Live system is designed and managed in-house and can also be tailored to clients’ individual needs. It can be used as part of an Equipment Management Programme where EnerMech stores, maintains and manages customer owned assets’, location, certification and relevant documentation are visible online.

A history of all jobs and equipment previously hired or serviced by EnerMech can also be accessed online.

Online Hose Management (EnerMech OHM)

EnerMech Live Online Hose Management System provides a reporting function to allow the information to be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet, PDF format or client required format. The system can filter and sort hoses data to produce standardised or bespoke reports as required by the client.

This database has been designed and constructed in-house, using a brief developed by Hose Management to ensure the following:

  • Provision to record hose data that exceeds that required by the Energy Institutes Guidelines for the management of flexible hose assemblies
  • Methods of uploading survey data that are efficient to ensure timely delivery of clients survey data
  • Flexibility to include and manage customers own data requirements i.e. SAP/Maximo references, Work Order numbers, Function/Location refs etc
  • Risk Based inspection data can be calculated to provide the appropriate tools for the Integrity Management process
  • Hose locations/functions can be described and grouped in a logical and structured way to allow the appropriate reporting and analysis
  • Data quality can be ensured through validation at the input stage and human error reduced through intelligent user interfaces
  • Flexibility to allow customisation of both the online service and any ancillary reporting to meet specific customer needs
  • Provision to create a Hose Register which contains the most up-to-date information on each hose (MHR or Master Hose Record) which is web based and can be accessed 24/7 by the client
  • The Online Hose Management Database can be accessed by the client as part of EnerMech LIVE’s online reporting suite. Login and password protected access can be set up and permissions to the various functions can be set up as required

EnerMech are also committed to ensuring that hose data is available and transferable to the client’s software applications where necessary. Our IT team have experience in working with clients to understand their needs to this respect (i.e. Cataloguing, SAP, Maximo, ERP systems etc) to help to ensure that their hose inventory can been made available in the appropriate format.

EnerMech has made every effort to ensure that this system, although robust, is both scalable and adaptable to new technologies, innovations and specialist requirements.

Online Valve Management (EnerMech OVM)

EnerMech Live Online Valve Management can be used to record and monitor valve data. It is login and password protected and permissions to the various functions can be set up as required. All data can be accessed, real time, via any computer, laptop or mobile device with an internet connection.

This system is unique to EnerMech and can be tailored to any Client's Valve Data Management System requirements, and can even be engineered to interface directly with the clients system.

Features:

  • Procurement reporting – the procurement module allows review and approval of multiple vendor quotations for each valve package
  • Progress status – with 24/7 access to LIVE progress reporting, our clients will have open access to the project status
  • Project documentation – a central location for the storage of project related documentation, such as the project quality plan, vendor ITP, project execution plan (PEP)
  • Inspection & surveillance scheduling – the surveillance and inspection activities will be managed by a traffic light system that enables us to schedule inspection and expediting activities linked to the criticality rating of the valve
  • Valve data management - a database to hold location, engineering and inspection information for each individual valve providing our clients with full traceability from manufacture through to installation

Online Small Bore Tubing (SBT) Integrity Management

EnerMech Live Online SBT management provides our clients with a fully visible database of each individual component that makes up SBT assemblies throughout the asset. A full itinerary of components is grouped by the assets own process/instrument tagging system. All information gathered during our inspections can be downloaded by the client to an Excel spreadsheet or PDF format.

Reports detailing condition and recommendations can be viewed easily by links available on our EM Live system.

The SBT database has been constructed with a view to providing our clients with information exceeding the requirements of the Energy Institute Guidelines for the management of SBT assemblies. The following allows our customers to access the information collated from a baseline inspection:

  • The data recorded on our EM Live system enables the client to view each assembly associated by the asset's process/instrument or valve ID tag number
  • All defects/anomalies are physically tagged with a unique tag ID number/barcode ID to assist with locating the fault
  • All defects/anomalies are electronically marked up on the assets P&ID which can be viewed by EM Live link
  • All defects/anomalies are photographed and are available to view by EM Live link
  • Each defect/anomaly can be automatically categorised to a pre-determined risk ranked timeframe remedial schedule agreed by the client and generated during the input stage
  • Data quality can be assured during input stage as our user interface has been designed to reduce human error by use of drop down menus and limiting user input
  • All data is quality checked by our dedicated onshore support team to ensure an accurate description of assembly components is achieved
  • Flexibility to assist or manage customers own data requirements i.e. SAP/Maximo/Star references, work requests/orders, isolation points (local or shut down) etc.
  • The online SBT integrity management database can be accessed by the client as part of EnerMech Live’s online reporting suite 24/7. Login and password protected access can be set up and permissions to the various functions can be set up as required
