12" Air Fan The VAF-300P air mover is a powerful air operated fan which can be used for fume extraction or for air recirculation. This fan has an externally mounted regulator filter lube pack to allow the operator to regulate the fan speed and ensure that the motor is supplied with clean dry air with controlled lubrication for longer more reliable service life.
Welder Diesel Lincoln 305D The Vantage 305D is a diesel engine powered DC multi-process welding power source and AC power generator. The engine drives a generator that supplies three phase power for DC welding circuit and three phase and single phase power for the AC auxiliary outlets. The DC welding control system uses state of the art Chopper Technology (CT) for superior welding performance. The Vantage 500 is fitted with a selectable VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). The VRD operates in CC-Stick mode increasing operator safety when welding in environments with increased hazard of electric shock. These can be fitted with chalwyn Valve, spark arrestor and be skid mounted for offshore use.

Generator Diesel 20kva Designed to function in all climatic conditions with an uninterrupted operation for up to 8 to 16 hours under full load. Ultra soundproof for operation where noise levels are an issue. Unit can be fitted with spark arrestor, chalwyn valve and can be skid mounted for offshore use.
Compressor 130cfm The Atlas Copco XAS67Dd Diesel Compressor is portable and has an output of 130 cfm, ideal for site work where compressed air is required but not available. Chalwyn valves and spark arrestors are fitted as standard to allow these units to be used safely in non -hazardous areas. Supplied standard on road tow running gear they can be skid mounted complete with lifting point and forklift pockets upon request.

Pug Burner The IMP is a portable power driven flame cutting machine. The unit can be used for vertical cuts, bevel cuts and plate edge preparation cuts. The maximum cutting edge thickness is 150mm.
Plasma Cutter The Hypertherm Plasma system can be used for cutting and gouging various materials, with a maximum cut up to 25mm.
The unit can be powered from an external source which makes it ideal for working on-site. This unit can be fitted with a maximum torch length of 75ft (which is available on request)
