Offshore Maintenance and Shutdown Support

EnerMech can deliver breakdown, maintenance and shutdown service packages in support of our customers support operational requirements on a 24/7 basis.

Our Breakdown service delivers a superior response time by giving our customers access to a pool of over eighty field technicians.

"....Customer called EnerMech PSV Manager at 06:45...Technician reported at heliport 08:30...Technician on board Offshore Platform at 13:00.”

Our Maintenance programmes are accurately planned and budgeted and visible to our customers through regular communication ensuring optimised maintenance routines based on criticality studies.

Our Shutdown support draws upon expertise from across our business (valves maintenance, leak testing, flange management, bolting and onsite machining). Our planning procedures confirm work-scopes, identify risk, manage the supply chain and introduce modern technologies and techniques.

EnerMech reduces shutdown costs through, planning, multi-skilled technicians, low cost equipment hire and years of technical expertise in process pipeline services.

Maintenance and Criticality Development

EnerMech has a robust and proven approach to Valve Maintenance.

Our system ensures that Valve Maintenance is carried out in a structured and auditable manner ensuring that the valves are maintained, inspected and certified to meet our clients' operational cost and safety metrics.

Maintenance strategy selection will be made based on detailed analysis using Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) tools. EnerMech will utilise the failure modes and data from the OREDA database to assign tasks.
